Polystyrene Signs

We use 0.020 inch thick polystyrene plastic.

Polystyrene material is recommended for indoor use. If used outdoors the sign may last 6 months but can yellow and become brittle when exposed to direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Our signs are 100% customizable, meaning you can choose from pre-designed templates or upload your own design. Adjust colors, text, and images to match your needs. When selecting a double-sided sign, you’ll have the option to customize the front and back sides in the designer. This is a great way to tailor messages for different angles or audiences; maximizing your visibility and impact.

We do not offer custom shapes in polystyrene, but we have several custom shapes for your signage project which include: circles, arrows, houses, graduation cap, football and football helmet. These are available in corrugated plastic only.

The signs will print with a matte finish and no custom finishing options are available at this time.

Since polystyrene signs are used in many indoor applications, we have options for your main panels to fit most industry retail display holders or frames.

The protective gloss coating is unavailable at this time.

To clean your sign, simply wipe it down using a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or high-pressure sprays and washers, as they may damage the print or finish. Avoid displaying the sign in high temperature and bright light settings for longer life.

Absolutely—you can order a single sign or place a bulk order, depending on your needs. No minimum quantities are required, and volume discounts are available for larger orders.

Yes! When you need help with artwork or your design; please contact us for assistance. Depending on your needs we have several solutions from “free” to “paid for” designs. The cost is based on the complexity of your request and time required to generate the design files for printing. You are allowed 3 modifications and turn times are 3-7 days. All of our products have a downloadable template that you can use to create the print ready design file. When creating the design always include bleed and margin spacing for accuracy and use RGB color palette; convert all text to curves and do not include crop marks.. You can start with one of our professionally designed templates or create your sign from scratch using our intuitive design tool. Need a little extra help?
